About Me
I’m the Founder and CEO of Motion to Scale, where I help legal tech founders build high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth. As a legal tech operator, I’ve launched new categories in legal research, legal analytics, and financial analytics, and scaled GTM functions across five companies through growth, mergers, and successful exits. My focus has always been on building scalable systems that accelerate growth and deliver real, measurable impact.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of law firms and legal teams to help transform the way they operate. I’ve grown communities from 20K to over 100K members in under three years, generated 60–80% of new business pipeline, and built industry-first programs—including Customer Success Teams and Customer Innovation Teams—that drove up to 15% of pipeline from referrals. My passion lies in building category-defining companies that achieve dominant market share and lead with customer-centric innovation.
Inspired by the MOVE GTM framework, I adapted its core principles to meet the unique needs of the legal tech space, evolving them into what I now call Legal Tech Revenue Science™—a system I bring to founders through Motion to Scale.
